Healing Prayers
Father, in the name of Jesus, I come before You asking You to heal me. It is written that the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if I have committed sins, I will be forgiven. I let go of all unforgiveness, resentment, anger and bad feelings toward anyone.
My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and I desire to be in good health. I seek that which will make me free—both spiritual (Your Word) and natural (good eating habits, medications if necessary, and appropriate rest and exercise.) You bought me at a price, and I desire to glorify You in my spirit and my body—they both belong to You.
Thank You, Father, for sending Your Word to heal me and to deliver me from all my destruction. Jesus, You are the Word who became flesh and dwelt among us. You bore my grief’s (pains) and carried my sorrows (sickness). You were pierced through for my transgressions and crushed for my iniquities. The chastening for my well-being fell upon You, and by Your stripes I am healed.
Father, I give attention to Your words and incline my ear to Your sayings. I will not let them depart from my sight but will keep them in the midst of my heart, for they are my life and health to my whole body.
Since the Spirit of Him Who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in me, He Who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to my mortal body through His Spirit, Who dwells in me.
Thank You that I will prosper and be in health, even as my soul prospers.
In Jesus’ name I pray… amen.*

**Declarations of Faith:
(Based on these Scriptures, declare the following out loud)
James 5:13-18
I will not face any trouble, adversity, or misfortune without prayer. I will continually sing songs of praise; rejoicing in what God has done in my life.
I have no need to fret over sickness, for even if it were to overwhelm me; I could call for the elders of the church and have them pray over me, anointing me with oil in the name of the Lord. I know that the prayer of faith will save the sick and the Lord shall raise them up.
Therefore, if my faith is lacking, I will simply go where faith is strong, for it is abundantly clear that God wants me well. If I have stumbled in any way, I do not need to fret over it—I can rest in full confidence that the Lord loves me and forgives all of my shortcomings.I also know that sin is a hindrance to my healing.
Therefore, if there is any sin in my life, I repent of it. I confess my sins to trusted brothers and sisters in Christ, gaining strength and praying in agreement with them so that I will be healed.I am a born-again son/daughter of the living God, recreated to be the very righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
My prayers are fervent, relentless, heartfelt, powerful and effective. It is through my prayers of faith that God makes his tremendous power available in the earth.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
My Body is the temple of the Holy Spirit whom I have received from God. It is His dwelling place and His home in this earth,. I am not my own person. I am His. He has paid a tremendous price for me. Therefore, I shall glorify Him in my body.
Psalm 103:1-18
I stir up my inner man to praise the name of the Lord. My soul and all that is within me shall praise Him. I will not forget all that God has done for me, all that He has for me, and all that He is doing in my life.He has forgiven me of all of my sins and healed me of every possible disease.
He has redeemed my life from the pit and has crowned me with His love and compassion.
He satisfies my every desire with good things so that my youth is renewed within me, and that I may soar into this life like an eagle on the wing.
He works His justice on my behalf and has made me to be the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus forevermore.
He makes all of His ways known to me.
In any given moment, whatever the circumstance may be, I can expect His boundless favor and unconditional flood of compassion.
He is always reaching out to me with His love and His wrath has been removed from me for all time. All that He does to me is for my good, so that I may be a partaker of His holiness.
He does not punish me like my sins deserve or repay me according to the evil things that I have done. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His love for me. As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed all of my sins from me. They will never be brought up again.
When I watch a loving father enjoying and delighting in his child, I see a shining example of the way my heavenly Father enjoys and delights in me. His compassion for me is beyond definition.
I have His Word that His love will never be taken from me, for He knows how I am formed. He knows my shortcomings and my limitations. He knows everything about me, and His love for me remains. As for common man, his days are like the grass and he flourishes like the flowers in the meadow. The wind blows over them and they are gone, and the memory of their beauty soon passes. But, from everlasting to everlasting God’s love remains with me.
He extends His favor and His righteousness to my children and my grandchild, as He does with all who keep His covenant of love and obey His precepts.
I Peter 2:24
Jesus bore my sins in His own body while on the cross so that I might die to sin and live unto righteousness. Through His torment and agony, I was healed (cured; made whole).
I was once like a runaway lamb, but now have return to the Shepherd and overseer of my soul.
Jeremiah 17:14
My trust and focus is on the Lord alone. He has declared me to be healed; therefore, I am healed. He has declared my salvation; therefore, I am saved.
Jeremiah 33:6
My Father has brought perfect health and healing to me and allows me to have abundant peace and security.
3 John 2
I know the heart of my Father—that He is a good Father, and wishes above things that I prosper and remain healthy, even as my soul prospers.
Isaiah 53:4-6
Jesus bore my sicknesses and carried my pains. He was smitten, afflicted and pierced through the hands and feet because of my transgressions. He was bruised and battered because of my wickedness. He became sick with my sicknesses and suffered excruciating pain on my account.
What He did on that cross and in those three days and nights of pain, He did willingly. He took my punishment upon Himself and gave me His peace in return. Because of His wounds, I am made well. I am now totally healed spirit, soul, and body. In Him, I am made whole.
I was like a sheep that had turned to his own way and I rejected the way of righteousness, but the Lord laid all of my iniquities, first to last, upon Jesus, and now there is nothing left that can separate me from Him.
Isaiah 33:13-14
I cheerfully acknowledge the Lord’s power in my life. In Him, I dwell unharmed in a consuming fire and in the midst of everlasting burning. I walk righteously before Him and speak those things that bring glory to His name. I do not acquire wealth through extortion or at the expense of others, nor do I accept any bribe. My ears are shut against thoughts of harming my fellow man and I will not let my eyes take in evil things. I dwell on the heights and my refuge is as a mountain fortress. My bread is continually supplied and my water never fails me. No enemy has the power to overtake me, or those whom I have covered. I have a revelation of my King in all of His beauty—a beauty that is revealed in and through me. By Him, I am free to go forth fearlessly into the land and take back what the devil has stolen. I ponder what once terrified me and declare that all the enemy attempted against me was in vain.
Jesus has won the victory for me and the enemy is no longer a concern.
I have taken my place in the church, the house of God, which He has established in peace—a tent that shall not be moved, its stakes never pulled up and its ropes never broken. The Lord is our mighty One who makes Zion, the Church, a place of broad rivers and streams, He is now and will forever be my Judge, my Lawgiver, my King, and my Savior. He has delivered me from the hands of the enemy and has divided to me my portion of the spoils of war. I now understand the power of the spoken word. I refuse to say, “I am ill.” To the contrary, I am redeemed! I am filled with health, energy and vitality! All of my sins have been forgiven and I enjoy the blessings that my new covenant with God has provided!
In Jesus’ Name. AMEN!

And by His stripes we are healed. (NKJV)
But the fact is, it was our pains he carried–our disfigurements, all the things wrong with us. We thought he brought it on himself, that God was punishing him for his own failures. But it was our sins that did that to him, that ripped and tore and crushed him–our sins! He took the punishment, and that made us whole. Through his bruises we get healed. (MESSAGE)
Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God for his own sins! But he was wounded and crushed for our sins. He was beaten that we might have peace. He was whipped, and we were healed! (NLT)
